1 can mushroom (sliced)
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1. Cook mushrooms and flour in oil over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly; remove from heat.
2. Add water into mushroom mixture. Add bouillon cube. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
3. Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce (optional) to taste.

Home-made spaghetti sauce - nice and fresh!
5 fresh tomatoes (blend with 1 cup water)
3 large onions
3 pips garlic
2 stalks onion leaves (chopped)
1 can (6ounces)tomato paste or puree
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 cup water
11/2 tablespoon sugar
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup oil
1. Blend onions and garlic.
2. Fry the blended onions and garlic, and onion leaves until wilted.
3. Add the tomato paste and stir for about 1 minute
4. Add the fresh tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer, uncovered over
low heat for 1 hour.

Steamed chicken- nice and moist
Ingredients
1/2 cup chicken
3 small onions
1 pip garlic
1 thinly sliced ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon whole black pepper
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
Method
1. Cut chicken into 5 pieces
2. Grind all the spices in a blender
3. Marinate chicken for 20 minutes
4. Steam chicken for 15 to 20 minutes
