Carrot-Apple Raisin Salad

3 medium (260 g) size carrots (grated)
1 green apple (115 g) -cut into small cubes
1/2 cup (85 g) of raisins
3 tbsp cup (45 g) of mayonnaise or salad dressing
¼ tsp (1 g) lemon juice
1 ½ tsp (7.5 g) sugar
¼ cup walnut –cut bite size (optional)
Method

1. Grate carrots and cut apple into small cubes. Mix all ingredients well. Makes 6 servings
