Breakfast Chicken patty -nice!

1 cup minced chicken
2 tablespoon carrots, grated
2 tablespoon large onion, grated
1 pip garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon oil

1. Mix all ingredients well and shape into burgers.
2. Heat oil in a flat non-stick frying pan. Cook burger over medium heat till both sides turn golden brown.
3. Serve with toast, if desired.
