Pan-browned potato

4 medium potatoes cooked with skin (boiled or microwave for 7 minutes) and cut into big cubes
1/2 cup onions, chopped
4 teaspoon fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoon butter

1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sauté onions until tender.
Add potatoes, parsley, salt and pepper. Spread mixture in saucepan.
2. Cook for 8-10 minutes or till brown on the bottom. Turn occasionally.
3. Stir in milk and heat through.
