

Ingredients:
• 1 kg ground beef
• 3/4 cup chopped onions, about 2 medium onions
• 2 stalks celery (chopped)
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cups ketchup
• 1 3/4 to 2cups water
• 8 split and toasted sandwich rolls (can use butter and grilled on a flat pan)
Note: you can add a little bit of sugar, if desired.
Preparation:
Cook ground beef with onion, celery, salt and pepper until beef is no longer red, stirring to break up. Sprinkle flour over beef; stir to blend thoroughly. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and water. Simmer, stirring often.
